Once you've finished, we'll glaze and fire your piece, and it will be ready for pickup in just 2 weeks.

HANDBUILDING WORKSHOP - 29th AUG 2021
Date: Sunday 29th Aug 2021.
Time: 10am – 3pm
Cost: $170pp
One full-day workshop where you will learn a range of ceramic hand-building and decorating techniques to create your own unique ceramic vessel, planter pot or vase.
The workshop will run from 10-3pm. The day is split into 2 halves with a lunch break in the middle.
On the day, you will work towards 2 main projects;
1. Make your own platter pot or a vase with hand-building slab technique.
2. Learn finishing and decorating techniques on a leather hard piece of pottery with Scrafitto / Mishima / Slip trailing / Stencils techniques.
If you have time, you can also work on self directed projects.
All the work will be glazed for you with a clear glaze and fired and ready to be collected 3-4 week after the class.
All material, tools and equipment will be provided on the day.
SUNDAY 23th MAY 2021 - VESSEL/VASE/PLANTER HANDBUILDING WORKSHOP
One full-day workshop where you will learn a range of ceramic hand-building and decorating techniques to create your own unique ceramic vessel, planter pot or vase.
The workshop will run from 10-3pm. The day is split into 2 halves with a lunch break in the middle.
On the day, you will work towards 2 main projects;

All the work will be glazed for you and fired and ready to be collected 3-4 week after the class.

1st weekend: 1-full-days workshop where you will learn to make your own dinner set (tumbler/bowl/plate) with hand-building slab technique.
2nd weekend: 1/2day decoration on work produced from the previous week.
Student can then come back for a 3nd weekend to learn how to glaze. (TBC)
